Finally, since about 20 years some innovation again in the tank container construction business.

Please, let us introduce a Revolutionary New Tank Container for Chemical Liquids and Food products.

Increased efficiency and saving costs with help of a new concept within the 20 ft tank container range. By making more efficient usage of the available space within the frame, we succeeded to develop and build a tank container that increases the capacity by 20% up to a maximum load of 30.000 litres.

This by keeping the tank within the frame measurements according to ISO 20 specifications for sea tank containers ((LxBxH) 2.385 x 960 x 1.020 inch / 6.058 x 2.438 x 2.591 mm).

Fundamentals and mandatory conditions (must haves);

  • Container should be profitable and competitive

  • Tank and frame must be kept within ISO specifications (no expanded bull eyes, bulb tank, etc)

  • Tank should be able to be shipped, handled, used and serviced world wide.

  • No concessions on technic (pressure etc.), usage and/or specifications.

The result is beyond expectations. This idea/concept has already been proven by a simular container build in the 70s which had build up a tremendess good name, but also had some minor issues. That same container formed the basis and went through some spectacular modifications and re-design, after sharing and combining technical- (engineers/manufacturers), user- (clients/forwarders) and service/cleaning knowledge and experiences.

Each sixth container for free (what does this mean?)

Considering 20% more cargo per container means that each sixth container;

  • will be shipped for free,

  • will be handled for free,

  • will be stored for free,

  • will be cleaned for free,

  • will be serviced for free,

    • it will also save 20% depreciation of your assets and insurance costs and beside all of that it will also save on handling costs, filling and unloading time and cleaning.

Better market position (what does this mean?)

  • Passing on these cost reductions to your customers you can prevent your customers from switching to your competetors.

  • Looking good by using the most modern and innovative materials and tools.
